As part of my personal project about the workings of the senses I made this study of the hearing organs.
The organs where then placed in a box and displayed as an old time wax model.
All made in Max with some detailing in ZBrush. Dof added in Photoshop.

When the night comes and the darkness settles a small group of adventurers gathers to start their long and dangerous journey. With great risk for their lives they need to climb the highest mountain to harvest what they need to survive - scrapes from human skin.

Who will make it and who will die a fearsome death? Who will survive to bring back the harvest to rescue the lives of the starving clan?

This is my entry for the Spectacular challenge.
My idea with this was to show the spectacular in the small scale. It was really fun making it - thanks to all that helpt on the way!
Everywhere, every day - the most common of events; the beginning of new life. This is where we all come from. Without it there would be nothing, isn't that spectacular?
